Josh (He/Him) is a student at University of Dubuque Theological Seminary seeking his Master of Divinity and pursuing ordination in the Presbyterian Church USA. Josh is a trans man and strong advocate for the queer community, particularly in ministry settings. Josh has been attending NSP since the beginning which played a pivotal role in his call to ministerial work. He is passionate about smashing the patriarchy and lifting voices of the oppressed and has dreams of writing a book and speaking about his experience as a queer person of faith.
Currently he serves as the Director of Youth Ministries at University Presbyterian Church in San Antonio, TX and is the father to two human children ages 9 and 3 old who do their best to keep his dad bod in shape, a fur baby black cat, Jack Skellington, and an absurd amount of house plants.
In his “free” time (for real, what is that?!) he loves a good microbrew from any local brewery, coffee of all kinds and participating in game nights with friends.

Co-Founder
Rev. Natalie Webb
Rev. Natalie Webb is the senior pastor of University Baptist Church in Austin, TX, a faith community that is “rooted in faith, progressive in action.” She’s also a current doctoral candidate at Baylor University where she studies the New Testament, and particularly the letters of Paul.
Natalie is passionate about integrating spirituality and justice in the local church, so you might find her marching in protest one day and leading contemplative prayer the next.
The best and most important parts of her life are her brilliant theologian spouse, Brandon, and their two children. When she’s not preaching or writing (and after the kids are in bed), Natalie loves to wind down with a nice glass of red wine and a trashy reality TV show.
